The Baptist way of Church Leadership is not about the minister and deacon’s telling others what to do. God is head of the Church and as a gathered community, through prayer, worship and discipleship, we seek to do his will.
The Leadership Team [Minister/Deacons/Church Officers] are a group of people who have been prayerfully set apart by the Church to serve God and His Church in a specific way.
Hannah Colk [Minister]
Hannah has been at Robert Hall since 2019. She loves God, her husband Steve, her friends and family, her cats [she has 4!] and shopping. She is passionate about welcoming people and sharing her faith, helping people to discover that they are made in the image of God and just how precious and loved they are.

Tope Ogundeyi [Deacon/Trustee]
Tope has been at Robert Hall since 2019. She love God, her husband Newton, her daughter Cherish and family.
Her compassionate nature truly shines through in all that she does. It is evident that she cares deeply for others, always offering a helping hand. The way she embraces people with warmth is quite remarkable to witness. Moreover, her strong faith is something that clearly guides her actions. Her love for both people and God is truly inspiring.
Helen Smith [Deacon/Trustee]
Helen (Deacon) Helen has been at Robert Hall since 2000 she loves god her husband 2 daughters and 4 beautiful dachshunds. Loves holidays and working along side the other deacons and supporting Hannah. Her faith means a lot to her and she loves sharing that and welcoming people into the church and supporting them.
Christine Smith [Deacon/Trustee]
Christine attended Robert Hall as a child before training as a nurse in London. She later moved to South Asia serving Jesus and sharing her faith in a medical ministry, only returning on retirement. She is married to Norman, has 3 stepchildren and 6 grandchildren. She loves walking alongside and encouraging others in their faith journeys.

Gareth Padfield - [Deacon/Trustee]
Gaz been part of the Robert Hall family since 2019, when he felt God call him to get more involved at the church. He has always lived in and around the West End of Leicester and has seen many changes, especially to Narborough Road whose amazing multi-cultural nature is reflected in our Church.
He feel that he has been particularly called to help serve the community and church members.
He is a cat dad to Theodore, who rules the house and him.
