Pam became a Christian at the age of thirty and after three years, she went to study at London Bible College. From there Pam went to work in Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of Congo) for four years training pastors in a Bible College with the Baptist Mission Society. On her return she worked for two years as a community worker at Crofton Baptist Church, Orpington and then as a tutor for 5 years at All Nations Christian College, a missionary training college. Whilst there she was the minister of a Church plant in Ware.
Pam then went to work for BMS again travelling in Africa. On her return to England, Pam spent 13 and a half years at Purley Baptist Church as Minister responsible for the Community and Evangelism before coming to Robert Hall Baptist Church in 2014
Pam spent two years at Robert Hall Baptist Church as part-time minister, during which time she instigated the Thursday Club, a very successful community club offering friendship and activities in the church hall.
